The Studio is an architecture and interior design office that develops projects in Spain and the north of Portugal. Founded in 2018, seeks to offer contemporary solutions for each project taking into account the client’s needs, the surrounding and the budget. We offer a wide range of services, from the complete definition of buildings to the design of furniture:
1. Architectural projects.
Develop all scale projects: new-build works, rehabilitation of buildings, public spaces, complete remodels or reforms of houses, interior design and landscaping projects, among others. Our job includes the creative process, architecture sketches to work through ideas, construction drawings, structural calculation, the search for builders, analysis and comparison of budgets and builder contract negotiation support.
2. Building control assessment.
Experts in interior design, we create functional spaces, furnishing proposals, lighting projects, etc., adjusted to the client’s taste and budget.
3. Technical advice.
Technical advisory services are offered with the purpose of preparing the necessary documentation for the application of new construction licenses, remodels or extensions, activity licenses, changes of use, technical inspections, expert reports and energy efficiency certificates, among others.
4. Interior design.
Experts in interior design, we create functional spaces, furnishing proposals, lighting projects, etc., adjusted to the client’s taste and budget.
5. Landscaping.
We collaborate with qualified professionals in the landscaping field to offer proposals for garden design, always with an ecological and sustainable vision.
